I finally decided to try acupuncture after years of wanting to and I’m so glad I did. I have chronic body pain and fatigue. The doctor here did a thorough assessment and came up with a treatment plan to help treat my chronic symptoms. I’ve been feeling a lot better and it’s only been a couple weeks. The cherry on top is that it’s covered by insurance!

I have low vision and first saw Dr. Dominic in March 20 23. Not only was the acupuncture sessions, thorough and relaxing, I did notice subtle differences during my two weeks sessions. Color blind for most colors, I noticed the green popping a little bit more than other colors. I also noticed subtle differences over the next 5 1/2 months. The important thing is that I have not felt that my vision has gotten worse. I just got back from another two week therapy. I have noticed that I had to wear my darker sunglasses. And during my walks to the clinic, I noticed the street lights. Although I am color blind, and I did not notice the street lights in the past, I noticed that the light turned from being illuminated all the way to the left, which was red to all the way to the right. Which is green. Again, I am color blind and I have low vision. I may not have been able to notice this in the past. If you were coming in from out of town, the doctors office will accommodate your schedule as much as possible, and the doctor has great recommendations for that New Mexico cuisine! If you have low vision, I highly recommend giving it a try for at least two rounds of therapy spaced six months apart as I did.
