We are blown away by Graham. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and explains things clearly and kindly, he is also incredibly personable, so much so that our toddler adores him. I also asked him if maybe I was just being paranoid about my worries, and he gave me the most empathetic response that my ‘paranoia’ was healthy (in safe amounts) and is keeping my family safe. I’ll never forget this comment. We hope to have Graham support all future plumbing needs. He’s phenomenal.
