The price and the amenities definitely make The Grove one of the best choices for apartments especially for students. It did take a while for the new updates to the office and gym to finish but it was worth it.They just finished updating a lot of things in the apartments such as flooring and counter tops too. The new office staff definitely work hard to help everyone. I have in the past had issues with things not working in my apartment and it not being able to be fixed immediately, but you have to understand theres a small maintenance crew and about 200+ apartments they have to go help. That being said they do a great job once they get to us, and I’ve happily signed on for another year!
