I really enjoyed my time at Ion! It was my first apartment, and it was a great experience! The property is very close to UT Austin’s campus, which is super convenient, and there are many food spots nearby, all within about five minutes. I’d definitely recommend Ion for anyone transitioning from on-campus to off-campus housing in West Campus or for those wanting a more close-knit community compared to larger West Campus apartments. It’s also really nice how utilities like water, electricity, trash, & Wi-Fi, are all included within the rent! Honestly it’s my favorite thing about the apartment & I also really like how, no matter the floor plan, everyone is guaranteed their own bathroom which is kind of hard to come across in most West Campus apartments. 🙂

I really enjoyed living at ion, the amenities were great and I liked the community! The rooms were a little smaller than expected and some elevators sometimes broke down, but overall I had a great experience. MAGGIE was the nicest member on staff and was always there to get packages or just have a fun convo on the way out! Give her a raise!!!!!
